delivery conditions (i.e. weather, interline connections, etc…).

If you have a time sensitive shipment, call our office at

(855) 361-5987 to receive rates and options on guaranteed transit times.

2. How can I check the status of my order?

  • Tracking numbers are provided either on the sales invoice or can also be given if you call our office.
  • We are happy to track your package for you, or you are welcome to use the provided tracking number or freight PRO- number and visit the carrier’s web site for tracking information.

3. How do I calculate my shipping charges?

For orders placed through the online portal, we offer flat rate shipping based on your order total. Freight charges automatically populate when your order is completed. Dealer orders up to $2000 carry a minimum $75 shipping cost or actual freight cost, whichever is less. Dealer orders between $2,000 and $3,500 are $175 or actual freight, whichever is less.Dealer orders over $3,500 are shipped freight free. PRO-Link reserves the right to modify the capped freight program at any time should circumstances mandate. We also reserve the right to assign our carrier of choice. Requests for specific carriers, transit times, or deliveries that require accessorial services* do not qualify for flat rate shipping.

4. How long do backordered items take to ship?

It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments from our manufacturing centers.

5. Will the freight truck driver unload my LTL shipment?

No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. Additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise, or if your delivery is zoned residential. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery when you'll have unloading help on hand. It is preferable to have a loading dock and/or a forklift or other material handling machine on site to unload your shipment. Many customers arrange for delivery to the nearest freight terminal or a close local business if unloading or residential zoning is an issue.

6. If I have more than one item on my order and an item is on back order, do I get charged shipping twice?

Yes, each item is charged shipping when it leaves.

7. What taxes are applied to my order?

Residents of Arkansas must pay applicable sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer in Arkansas please send us a copy of your exemption or farm use certificate.

  • *Common accessorial services include but may not be limited to:
    1. Residentially zoned delivery addresses. Deliveries that are not in a commercial zone are rated as residential deliveries. This includes businesses run out of a residential address and many farm or rural delivery points. These are dictated by the freight companies, not PRO-Link.
    2. Lift gate services. If unloading requires driver assistance, the freight company will charge a lift gate fee.
    3. Driver calls/Delivery appointments. It is better to check online for your delivery status via tracking number than to incur a fee for a driver call.
    4. Over length. Single units over 12’ typically charge a length accessorial.
    5. Redelivery or reconsignment charges.
    6. Secured or limited access delivery points.

If an accessorial charge is incurred post-delivery, you will be billed for the additional charge as it relates to your delivery. Attempts to contest these charges are most often declined by the carriers.
